StorageStraws must be prepaid before storage can begin. Storage can be cancelled at any time and 75% of the original price will be refunded —we are one of the few sperm banks with a refund policy. Only straws that are still on deposit at Cryos and have not been previously delivered can be cancelled. Storage fees are not refundable. Sperm counts can vary depending on the individual lab technician who performs the counting.
